Tohatsu Recognized with Customer Satisfaction Award for Fourth Consecutive Year

With its dedication and relentless pursuit of  of ultimate quality in engine experience and customer support, Tohatsu America Corporation was recognized with the 2021 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for the fourth consecutive year during the 2022 Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show's Industry Breakfast held at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association(NMMA), the marine industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021.

"We are very pleased to have achieved another CSI award. 2021 was a challenging year for everyone and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the effort of our hardworking dealers and staffs who had made this achievement possible.
